Thanks for mentioning me in your blog! And – just an update on my maintenance play you mentioned…. Due to fairly recent technology advances, It has been upgraded in features and now the maintenance recipe occurs Daily instead of Quarterly – for the same price!

I love that you are promoting "green" houses and developments. My group does the same thing out of Detroit, MI. We take old REO properties and perform a greenhab on them – making them high performance dwellings. We then put in a low income family (section and sell to an investor seeking cashflow. It’s been so awesome being able to create sustainable neighborhoods and assist lower income families while at the same time creating an incredible/sustainable investment. Hope all is well in Asheville, I hear it’s beautiful there!
